FREE U.K DELIVERY ON ORDERS OVER £100.
Standard Delivery (between 2-5 working days) : £4*
Express Delivery (Next working day. Orders must be placed by 12pm) : £8.95*
EU (3 -7 working days): £24.95*
USA (5-10 working days): £34.95*
Rest of the World: £34.95*
For international orders all taxes and duties are expected to be paid by the purchaser and will be expected to be paid on receipt of the product. Your items may not be released until the taxes are paid.
*Some larger items marked as heavy and fragile will be charged at the following rate:

*Some car seats and pushchairs have a lead time of 5 working days. Please enquire.
USA: £150
Rest of the World: £150
PLEASE NOTE: Larger items being sent to Northern Ireland will now also be subject to a surcharge.
*Some orders may require extra postage. You will be contacted beforehand to ensure you are happy to proceed with the order.
*Please note, all car seats, pushchairs and furniture, which are ordered outside of the United Kingdom, do not come with any manufacturers warranty.
Returns
We really hope that you love your purchase, however if you are not entirely happy then please return it to us within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and have the original tags attached. Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Please note, any furniture returns unless faulty, will be subject to a £200 restocking fee, as these orders are placed per customer.

If you are shipping an item over £75, we recommend always using a tracked service as you are responsible for making sure the item is received by us.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@thebabyservice.com and send your item to:

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
